They said my condo sold, yet the buyer funds were no good. The funds were not traceable??? I paid for all the inspections, secured a new place and the deal was never a good deal in the first place. I lost money, my health has declined, it was the most stressful time I have had in years. Nothing was normal. I still don't understand. I plan to call the better business and the board of relators. How do you take funds from a buyer and then say the bank will not give them a mortgage because the funds were not traceable (fraud). They lied to everyone, pushing me and pushing me to get my stuff done, knowing the funds were no good, I would have been stuck with two places... I'm going to sue for emotional distress, loss of money. They are liars and scammers, not worthy of holding a license in any state to do business. HORRIBLE IS BEING KIND... DOYOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT USE THEM.... THEY ARE DESPERATE PEOPLE AND PREY ON PEOPLE...

We bought a house and put our house on sale within a week and unfortunately engaged Joe in a hurry without doing research on him. BIG MISTAKE!! We went through hell during this time. Joe is a complete Jerk, lazy, uncooperative, extremely rude but he shows his true colors slowly after contract is signed. When you disagree with him, he starts shouting and speaks with extreme dis-respect, and on top of it he simply disappears for days; will not return calls or texts or emails. Open houses get cancelled without your knowledge because he is busy with a new client and there is never a backup plan for anything. At the time of signing the contract, "you are the most important client" and very soon he is simply not available to meet and is never available on Sat/Sun to meet. He does not do any research on prices or sales on the neighborhood. His stock advice to customer is just accept the offer on the table as he wants to close the sale and move on. Most of the times you wonder why he is fighting with you for the buyer and for sure, he is not on your side. He cannot handle disagreements and when you do not agree with him, he starts misbehaving, shouts and become crazy and rude. We have also witnessed that Joe has NO knowledge of real estate closing processes, sends incorrect documents and makes you sign again and again after corrections. Trust me, he will make your life miserable, then becomes silent once house is on escrow. Will not respond to your emails. Plays games by calling and disconnecting and after that not picking up your phone for days. Takes revenge if you do not agree to his terms. We were not even told when our house was closing. Finally, we had to take buyer's agents help to figure out when our house that we sold was closing. Joe stopped contacting after our house went in escrow. Joe does not deserve even one star.     My wife and I interviewed many real estate agents in search of the proper match for us…read more I'm glad I trusted my gut and went with Susan. First time buyers. We relocated to Ocean county and needed someone who would help us navigate a new unfamiliar area. Our search was focused on the beach towns in southern Monmouth and northern Ocean Counties. Based out of Spring Lake, this area is Susan's bread and butter. We narrowed the search down to the towns between Avon by the Sea and Bay Head, and Susan was able to give the ins and out of every nook between the two. When we found the right house, we thought it could potentially be a multiple offer situation. We rested easy knowing our offer was backed with Susan's reputation-"Her deals get done", the value of this can not be understated. Once we were under contract and throughout the entire process, Susan lended expert advice, and knew the right people to get the job done. Example... In most of these towns your going to need flood insurance. We had a complex situation because the home had no current flood policy, no existing elevation certificate, and fema maps were scheduled to change zones prior to closing. I got multiple quotes from different brokers but the agent Susan recommended ended up saving me nearly 70% on my flood policy, and did what the other insurance agents didn't even know was possible. He was able to get me locked into a transferable policy that grandfathered me into the existing flood zone, before I even closed on the house. This maneuver was based on Susan's recommendation and will keep my rates low for years to come. Susan stays on top of everyone on both sides of the transaction during the entire process and will ensure everything is completed in a timely fashion. Push never comes to shove, because Susan always nudged at the proper time. Susan will help you cross the finish line, she will not rest until the keys are in your hand. Quite literally. On Closing day, she ran through a rain storm & got soaking wet, without hesitation to retrieve the house keys from the sellers attorney who inadvertently took them with him, after the transaction was complete. Before I could finish my thought, "So when do we get the keys..." Susan had already bolted for the door, once again Susan saved the day. I highly recommend Susan for any real estate transaction.

Firstly, if you do not use the in-house indentured servant to clean your apartment you will be ostracized and treated like a second class citizen. I mean how else are they going to get into your living space, that you're paying a premium for, and nose about your business? By the way, we would have used the strange cleaning lady if she did charge $100 to clean our apartment once. Apparently it took her several hours to clean the patio after we had only lived there a short time anyways. Ridiculous and smells of racketeering if you ask me. Secondly, there is a crazy amount of rules that must be followed strictly by all tenants but plain do not apply to the live in owners. Parking being the big one. You get your one space and no god can save you from the fury that will come your way if your car drips a single drop of oil. However if the owners have people over they'll park in your space or behind you to make things damn inconvenient. Why? Because they can. Maybe they don't like gay people. If that's the case then they probably need move out of Asbury Park and try to take advantage of some suckers elsewhere. Did I mention the walls are paper thin too? The first few months of living there I was woken up in the morning by our neighbor tapping his toothbrush on the sink. Not to mention the other fun noises that sometimes wafted from his bathroom to our bedroom. If after all of this you're still considering calling this building home. After years of being watched like a whore in church and constantly being gossiped about don't expect your deposit to be returned. Apparently in the words of the owners things weren't in "new condition any longer". When are things that have been used for 3 years ever in new condition? It's called reasonable wear and tear. This is a house of greed and lies and I strongly urge you to seek residence elsewhere unless you too be caught up in the deep issues of the people who run this place.
