Every request we've submitted has been handled promptly, which gives us a lot of peace of mind as residents. What has truly made this place special, though, is the sense of community. We have amazing neighbors, and my son has grown up surrounded by great kids to play with. As a parent, it's hard to put a price on having a safe, welcoming neighborhood where your child can build friendships and enjoy being a kid. When you move out, they are required to show itemized statements including receipts for anything being deducted from your deposit. I had requested the detailed invoicing multiple times which they failed to provide within the 31 day time period. I had filed a complaint with the OREA which stated that they are violating ORS Chapter 90 and OAR 863-025-0040. I had reached out AGAIN requesting that since they were unable to provide the detailed invoices, that I request to be reimbursed for those charges. They refused again. By Oregon Landlord Tenant law I can now request double my deposit in return. They would rather go to court than work with you. Do not use this company. They don't follow the law and scam you out of your money.
