This, after a smaller kiosk had been selling traditional Chinese medicine just outside where the new branch is located. Their best selling medication is Pei Pah Kua, a cough syrup that really works, but which has never been available at Mercury Drug. Since this is my preferred medication whenever I get a sore throat or have coughing fits, I used to have a hard time finding a place to buy it, without going all the way to Binondo. But I have to advise buyers to beware. I once bought a bottle in a supermarket in Quezon City, and it turned out to be fake. This will not be the case with Mandarin Chinese Drug Center, one of the ladies behind the counter assured me. They also have all sorts of medications for various common ailments like headaches. This store is a welcome addition to SM.

They have private rooms where u can have ur group of people. The room we were in had 3 chairs so 3 people can get a massage at one time. The room is spacious. Has a tv that we didnt use. As well as dimmer lights and a phone u can use to page the front desk foe your needs. The phobe didnt work to well but there were people always walking around to help you. The sliding door closes and its pretty private. The massage was excellent. JULIUS? Really knew what he was doing. I didnt even know my mucles were sore till he hit the particular spots, and he was knowledgeable in that he could feel those sore spots and worked on them a bit more. We had feet reflexology as well as a back massage and cupping done for a total of 100 minutes. Pros- complimentary hot congee and unlimited hot ginger tea and cold water, dimmed lights, experienced masseuse, price, free wifi in room Cons- room wasent prepared in that the air con wasent on (it was muggy) and they didnt have our slippers in there to begin with but was easily rectified. The phone too was difficult to use overall it was a great experience. Prices were excellent especially compared to the states (40 min feet, 40 min back, 20 min cupping for 1350 pesos). I don't…read moreunderstand why Koreans brutally practice acupuncture by pricking the needles through your jeans. Needles are hopefully sterile but your jeans are not so they should know better than doing it that way. As far as being relieved of the pain I complained about, it didn't work much. Better go to a good Filipino acupuncturist who are more hygienic and authentic. So I really wouldn't recommend this clinic or doctor.
