Most of the time, the worst of the noise comes from the staff members themselves - you can hear them laughing loudly or talking to each other. The branch along Makati Ave is quieter, although a tiny bit more expensive. If all you want is a quick and cheap massage, then Nuat Thai will do. Their massages aren't bad at all, and if you're very lucky with your masseuse, you'll get rest and relaxation that feels a lot more than you paid for.
