Have roadside assistance through my car insurance- this was who they sent! My driver (i think his name was Marcos?) called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived within about 25 minutes, had my car loaded and had me towed home within another 30!! So friendly, polite and helpful! Such a nice guy and an overall great experience! Would recommend whether they're covered or not by insurance because just a wonderful experience! Hope to not have to need them again but will definitely using them if needed! read more

I had my vehicle towed by a man who had his young son with him. Upon delivery my suv to my house, he proceeded to drive up onto the curb with my flat tire. I banged on the window for him to stop but he kept going. He drove up on the curb and messed up my whole rim. He told me he was so sorry and then left. I called roadside and filed a claim and after 7 months of going back and fourth for an answer, I got an email last week and thwy denied my claim stating they spoke to the driver and the company they both stated my rim was already messed up which was a lie. I have pictures which I sent that showed how he drove off his flatbed and up on the curb and they still say my claim is denied. They towed my car at the request of my emergency road service. The driver removed a part to install a tow hook. I asked him to replace the part when we arrived at the dealership which he did not. I called him he said to text me my address and he would return the part. He also stated who cares if is on the car or not. I texted him several times asking for the part he has not responded back. I called the company and left a message but they don't return calls. Seems they are more concerned about the next job instead of taking care and fixing a mistake that they made. read more

First, Jose who is the orginal driver who was supposed to assist me ended up pawning me off to a service vehicle instead because he only does tows, even though I had told him I had my spare tire kit, so fast forward 2hours later and finally after 4hours waiting and dealing with a compnay that is as unprofessional as they come, the spare was placed and i was on my way. My car broke down 24 minutes away from the business address, and I was given an ETA of 89 minutes. After three hours and two ETA updates to my insurance company, they never showed up and then wouldn't answer their phone. I guess that must be typical for them, because their voicemail was full and wouldn't accept new messages. I cancelled the tow through my insurance and requested a different company, because that's some seriously shitty service. I eventually got through to someone to ask what happened and why nobody had come after three hours, and they told me that they never came because the service was canceled. When I told them that was a really bad excuse--you know, because the service had been cancelled after waiting over three hours--the jerk on the phone sarcastically told me to have a nice day. Via Insurance Roadside Assistance I requested a tow. Via Ins app rec'd text that a driver was 60-90 min out. At 75 min. mark Ins. inquired if tow was there. No. Got a call saying driver was 15 min. out. Then heard from driver that they needed address confirmed. Sent via text. 98 min. text from driver; asking to confirm address. Sent. Three green check marks in text back. Then, 40 min later...'your car is one of the tow trucks you already paid to get it out of there'. I replied "what?" "Where is your car". "At the exact address I gave you." He sent picture of a mapping program that says he "arrived" at location. By map I could not tell where he was. "I'm going to cancel it." I sent address again, and stated it was the postal address, and that we get deliveries daily. Then sent Maps satellite image of address, with text "I am the blue dot" which was literally where my car was parked. Twenty minutes after that he showed up. Told me I was "lucky he didn't cancel tow" and that "the map he had was TEN minutes different than where I was actually located." I asked "how is it my fault YOUR mapping app took YOU to WRONG PLACE?" He smiled, said I was lucky he didn't cancel. I was mad, frustrated, and felt vulnerable - I needed my car towed. He then had me drive it on the flatbed, and I had to get out of a tilted flatbed and get off the truck. Totally unsafe. No name offered, no business card, and no receipt. I didn't even think to ask. This was the first time I've had a car towed; not asking for a receipt was a mistake, one I will not make again. If I could offer zero-star review I would. This was awful; formal complaint filed with insurance provider, and all texts offered as evidence. Yelp shows me in San Francisco; this is Denver. read more
