Without writing a book, ASAP Towing & Services sprung to action whereas 2 other companies had backed out. The frontend collision on my 2014 Dodge Charger R/T AWD occurred at 9:40pm on a Friday night. By 2:00am I had given up as it was too cold and finding a tow company at that time felt like an impossibility. When I got home, I went straight to bed. Not long after leaving my car, ASAP called and said they were on the job. Unfortunately I was at home and asleep. The driver was able to locate my car, but decided not to snag it as a black car in the black of night doesn't easily give up it's secrets. I also had the key, the doors were locked, and the front tire wasn't straight. In a pinch, he could have surmounted these obstacles, but thankfully I was able to meet him the next day around noon. It was the same driver that had located my car the first time. Despite the challenges of the job and the long hours, he was very reassuring to work with. Very knowledgeable, yet willing to accept my on-site insight. Specifically needing to load the car from the backend. Being my second Charger, the 1st being a 2011 R/T AWD, I've used other tow services in the past. None of them knew where the safe tie down spots were located. Because the car is lower to the ground, getting under the car and finding the locations is difficult. I've witnessed some questionable decisions, spoke up, and was ignored. The driver from ASAP did not hesitate once. He knew exactly where to tie down the car. He even knew about the "trick" you can use to get to go into neutral without the engine being turned on. With the tow occurring on a Saturday, auto shops were closed. I directed the driver to my house where he dropped it off exactly where I ask him too. Both of card have business in them. read more

I called, asked if they offered jumpstarts. The person on the line said yes, then asked me for my location. I said, no problem. Can I ask how much you charge. The guy literally ignored, then stonewalled me (I'm his potential customer by the way) then aggressively told me to tell him my location. I then politely asked again if he could help me understand how much it might cost. Then he hung up on me, I called back twice because I was stranded. The company ignored my calls. This is a bad company, avoid them. They will leave you stranded and be disrespectful to you. read more

The driver did hundreds of dollars of damage to my lawn trying to load a vehicle that wasn't even on my lawn and then held the car hostage, even after the tow job was paid for, until I would sign a waiver saying they were not responsible for any damage. read more

Received prompt and professional service from Will with ASAP Towing. Setting up the service via their dispatch number was simple and easy. Our car had a problem with the power steering that forced us to have to stop on a random side street, and he got to us within an hour. Loaded us up and took us to our usual mechanic. Broke down on I-70, googled tow companies, Called ASAP, asked how long... quoted about 30 min, were on time ! Heath was personable and well trained. Flatbed tow-truck was new. did a great job, only thing I didn't like is having to pay $5/100 on credit card fees. That should be included in their already high price for a hook -up @ $225. and then $5 more for even 1$ into the next $100. SO mathmatically THAT'S 500% fee on $1 if the bill waS $ 301. AND SQUARE merchant only charges 3.5%. I use it for my business. WHy do they need to charge for use of credit card, and make a profit on top of it? It destroyed my desire to give Heath a $20 cash tip ! read more

If I could give less stars, I would. We have used numerous tow companies to tow our work trucks and we have never had such an extremely bad experience. We not only paid a much higher rate using this company, paid pre-pickup which is unusual, and at that time I was asked what percentage I wanted to tip the driver! I have never been asked to tip a driver- especially prior to the tow! I agreed because I felt pressured into tipping. If I was less of a decent person I would have called and cancelled the charge on my credit card because of what happened next. The driver called stating he couldn't find our truck. Because we have GPS tracking I knew exactly where it was. He finally saw our employee flagging him down. Please note that this was a box truck with our logo on it Very large - hard to miss! He was not happy having to bring my 2 employees back with him in his truck. Not sure what he wanted me to do about that. Then the major problem occurred. The driver arrived to our shop after towing the truck & then he hi-jacked the truck! He refused to off-load it unless we payed an additional $200.00! (Let me say that it would have pushed the total to close to $1000.00! For a 48 mile tow.) He claimed that the truck was overweight. He doesn't have a scale!! I was told he would give a written receipt when he picked up the truck I got nothing! WOW the lies and the scams were crazy. He was going to take our truck back 60 miles to an impound lot. I was going to call the police when the owner finally let our truck go. Number 1 point, never pre-pay for a tow. Number 2 point, IF they were going to charge more I was supposed to be given a written receipt on pick-up and WHY wouldn't they have told me then that they felt the truck was overweight'??? If they would have done that. I would have refused is why! We had a regular tow. I paid, and paid a tip! DON'T use this company if you don't want the experience of literally fighting with the tow driver to get your truck back!!! Worst company ever. I wish I had read some reviews before using this sounds like a repeated issue. read more

We were stuck in the snow less than half a mile down our driveway and used USAA's Roadside Assistance. Unfortunately, they sent out Kelly from ASAP Towing who brought a rear wheel drive flatbed. He managed to get stuck roughly 1/3rd the way down the drive, when it was then mentioned that maybe he should just turn around...but he didn't. He got down to the car eventually, but that's what began the over 5 hour long ordeal. He managed to halfway drag the car onto the flatbed and then continued to get stuck further and further into the front yard. After numerous attempts to free his vehicle without success both parties reached out to request another tow, for both our vehicles. Blackhawk Towing then did show up and was able to get both vehicles out. Once our vehicle was at the road Kelly refused to release our vehicle because he wanted to be compensated for all the time he was stuck at our residence and for the additional tow, neither of which we were responsible for (which was admitted by Nick from the management staff). He then began to secure our vehicle to the truck while we reached out to USAA and the police, but he took off to Denver leaving us stranded in Gilpin County. He took our car/food/clothes/winter gear in freezing temperatures, and we were told it was because he wanted to show USAA he was serious. After numerous phone calls Nick, from ASAP's management, did agree to release our vehicle the next day but we would have to come get it from their lot over an hour away by car. Luckily a family member was able to bring us down, where he would not release the car until we signed a waiver releasing them from liability for the property damage. read more

The company might not be that bad but one of their drivers, Heath, just so happened to be the driver that came to do a service call for my husband an myself last night. Unfortunalty, my husband had to take an uber to his job site, leaving me behind with the tow truck and our vehicle. This driver was ruthless towards me. He was grabbing my butt, pushing up AGAISNT my shest in his sad attempts to squeeze in between me an his truck. I was so uncomfortable by the end of the call, I was literally n tears.. not only did he attemtpt to.clear my bill out if I did some sexual favors for him, but he insisted on locking me n his truck an refused to let me out until I cowardly told him I would not tell anyone. He didn't charge me regardless however, I did call the company's hotline an made my payment with them after I got inside my home an locked the door. I IMMEDIAnTLY notified police. read more

Complete trash service. Estimate pickup was 30 min (Kelly). 5 hours and 50 min later. They picked up my truck after I told them to forget about it 1hr 20min earlier. The dispatch (Nick) even told me that all the drivers were lazy and unreliable when they were 4 1/2 hrs late at that point. I arranged a tow with a different company in the morning. they then called me at 12:45am and said they picked up my truck and would take it to their tow yard and charge me fees if I did not pay. The dispatch (Nick) started yelling and threatening me. "Give me a credit card number...we can do this the easy way or the hard way". He then charged me $75 over the quoted price from 6 hours earlier. I literally have the messages documented telling them to NOT pick up the truck. After receiving payment the dispatch hung up on me mid sentence. The reason I asked them to cancel the pickup was because I needed to go to sleep because I had a medical procedure in the morning. They stilled called after midnight. These guys act like a bunch of thugs. Don't give them your business. read more

Would not recommend if your not ready to pay at LEAST $130.00... was charged 150 for a drop off that was not even 5 miles away , also showed up almost 2 hours late after waiting an hour ...realized I was wayyy overpriced when the other tow truck offered to do it for $80 read more

We requested a tow for our car that got stuck at the bottom of a snowy hill and requested roadside assistance. Kelly Main from ASAP Towing was dispatched to our location. He subsequently got his 2wd flat bed stuck as well. For the next two hours we tried to help Kelly get his truck out during which he had us drive the truck and operate the wench. He broke five chains, a towing strap and caused damage to our property after driving across the front yard. Ultimately we needed to call a second tow company to get both vehicles out. Once we got to the top of the hill, Kelly refused to take our car off the flat bed unless we paid $1200 for his additional time and the fee for the other tow company. USAA had already paid his contracted rate of $325 and while we were on the phone with their roadside assistance and the police he drove off with our car, including our food, medications, house keys, phone chargers and winter jackets. He left us and our dog stranded in freezing temperatures in the mountains. He took our vehicle and personal property over an hour away to Denver with no way for us to retrieve it. I would use ANY OTHER towing company before ever using Kelly Main or ASAP Towing. read more

Highly recommended! All towing companies are expensive so we all have to deal with that but not all companies employ wonderful people and this one does. I don't write reviews that often but the folks at asap towing deserve recognition. My car died in the middle of a busy four lane road at night and I called asking for a speedy truck to prevent any accident and Kelly rushed over to save me from my predicament. He was compassionate and caring the whole time offering his assistance and expertise through the whole ordeal. It stinks when you break down but at least opt to have have a friendly face in your time of need. Thank you guys so much! read more

I'm from out of town, my car broke down and I needed it towed to Firestone on Colorado Blvd. I called ASAP and talked to Kelly was great getting my information and Heath got my car to the shop! I would have saved money if I had gone with another towing company, but ASAP was a faster option. Would definitely call ASAP again if I needed to! read more

Called and asked for someone to tow my car to a tire shop. I was quoted about 30 minutes, way more reasonable than most towing companies I've used. Heath arrived there in less than 20 minutes and had my 4WD Range Rover with a completely blown tire hooked, towed, and unhooked at the tire place in about 30 minutes. Very friendly, polite, and professional. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and I will definitely be calling them in the future if need be! read more

I was completely taken advantage. I was charged $170 to tow my car 1 mile. Not to mention the tow truck driver had me operate the levers. Also, charged extra to use the chains to pull my car into the truck bed. Completely took advantage of me and my situation. No integrity. read more

I requested a tow from 11 mile reservoir. My truck was broken down and I needed the camper towed as well. I called just past 3pm and got a hold of a guy named Nick who said a guy would give me a call. A guy named Kelly called me and said he would take about 2 hours to get there. He asked what needed to be towed and where I was. I told him I was on the south side of the reservoir and was walking distance from it in a camp site. He then asked if I could share my location from my phone to his cell. At about 7 pm (4 hours later) he called me saying I sent him my wrong location and he had to drive 2 hours in the wrong direction and that he would need to charge me a lot more to tow me. At this point I paid just over 800 dollars for the tow and was told I couldn't get a refund because he was almost there. He said he needed to hang up and answer his other phone because his boss was calling and he must have thought I hung up but I didn't. He then told his boss that I told him the wrong location (which I told his boss when I originally called in the tow and I have text messages with the driver proving I told him the nearest cross roads which was only a 5 minute walk from where I was) and he also said that he had to drive on a road that he couldn't turn around on and had to keep going. When he showed up at about 9pm he said it was all my fault because I gave him a "google pin" and that "this is why you shouldn't ask people who don't know what they are doing to send it to you." We were coming down the mountain and he pulled over in a spot with no cell service and nothing around and said I needed to pay an extra $210 because he went the wrong way and that it was my fault that he did. I told him that I said over the phone to two different people and have text messages that show that I was at the 11 mile reservoir. He said it doesn't matter and it's my fault so I need to pay. He also got pretty loud saying that I never told him he needed to go off road. The roads were washboard roads, not off roading. Either way I strongly urge everyone to stay away from Kelly with ASAP towing who claims he's the boss but also says he is talking to his boss at times. Actually I would stay away from ASAP towing all together. Mid tow they add extra charges knowing there isn't anything you can do about it. Crooked people working at a crooked company! read more
