She said there are always special sales getting new phones. Sort of urged us to wait to get later. We have no children to ask how to work it. When we went in to the store, I was told that one of the phones wouldn't even work anymore and that we'd have to by a 'new' phone for that line. Then they said I would have to upgrade my plan, which would obviously cost more. It told them that the 'several messages' I had received didn't say anything about additional costs or buying phones. So, I decided to go to T-Mobile. When they went to switch my account for my phone to T-Mobile account, the rep said "Your phone is locked by Boost". ??? My phone was paid for in cash 3 years prior!!! So I went back to the Boost store and said "I want the lock off my phone! I didn't even know there was a lock on it and I was never told there was one!". They said it would be 3 days! Just to unlock the phone!!! It took them 3 days. Also during this process, I found out that I had been paying for 3G service!!! I was told it was 4G. Disgusted all the way around!!!!
