I recently moved to Utah and set up Century Link internet service. I work from home, so rely on reliable internet to be able to work. I even upgraded to the fastest internet connection, so I would not have any issues. However, I have had non-stop problems over the last two weeks, which have greatly disrupted my work, are compromising my employment, and costing me an excessive amount of money in lost employment. I have contacted CenturyLink about these issues nearly everyday over the last two weeks (which also ends up costing me at least 45 min per day and a lot of frustration), I have spoken to their people when they have been outside working on various other installations, I have had repair people out to my home (which the company is trying to charge me for), and I have repeatedly asked for the issue to be escalated. No one will even call me back, the company keeps coming out to disturb the wires as they are doing new installations (this is a new area), and I am being charged excessive fees for something that doesn't even work and is compromising my employment. Yesterday, they even left the top off of the box holding all of the wires at night, and I, myself, had to attempt to put the top back on (which I imagine is dangerous for someone like me that doesn't know how to deal with exposed wiring). If you have a choice whatsoever, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO CENTURY LINK!!! I WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE WARNED ME!!! read more

Went to their store about 2 weeks ago and asked about their cable service. Talked a bit. All in all, I got cable now, they were super friendly and someone came to my house to install the cable 2 days later. No problems here. read more

Paid this company to wire up some mini split systems and they wired up one of the units wrong…read moreaccording to the instructions from the mini split. We called to let them know and to send pictures of what we believe is the problem of why the unit was not working and this company immediately did not want to take ownership of the wires being wired incorrectly when they were the ones that wired it up. They also stated that they could come do a diagnostic on it for $89. Poor customer service at its finest. Never will recommend this company to anyone.

Although the quote from ScreenMobile was higher I felt more at ease talking with Glenn. He answered all of my questions and told me all about his product and about his product build and installation. Just because a quote is cheaper doesn't mean the quality or whole process will be better. Glenn kept me informed during this whole process. Anytime I contacted him he either returned my calls/texts immediately or the few times he couldn't he always explained why it took so long to get back to me. He never left me hanging or in the dark about anything. The way it worked out I never actually got to meet Glenn in person but he was always nice and friendly on the phone. He was always here when he said he would be. As for the screens they all look really good and make the house look better. They look completely blacked out from the outside but from the inside of your house they do not obstruct the view in anyway. They are blocking out so much sunlight that my rooms do seem darker and I can tell much less heat is coming in. I forgot to mention my house has a LOT of windows. I have no doubt this will make my rooms much more comfortable in this oppressive heat and will also help out on my electric bill. This is a great product that will add to the appearance of your home and will cut down on the amount of heat coming in through your windows. I HIGHLY recommend this company and Glenn.
