Paid this company to wire up some mini split systems and they wired up one of the units wrong according to the instructions from the mini split. We called to let them know and to send pictures of what we believe is the problem of why the unit was not working and this company immediately did not want to take ownership of the wires being wired incorrectly when they were the ones that wired it up. They also stated that they could come do a diagnostic on it for $89. Poor customer service at its finest. Never will recommend this company to anyone. read more

We have been using A/C Services of Minden for several years. Living in Bossier City, I have several options, but I am very happy I use these guys. The techs are very knowledgeable and professional. They do not believe in selling new units, unless it's absolutely necessary. They helped my unit limp along until my wife and I decided it was time for a replacement. The install only took half a day. They cleaned up after. You'd never know they were here. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. read more
