Offices appear to be adequate for a 1-person type of operation. Very well lit hallways and modern treatments, smells clean and new. A very beautiful set of shared conference rooms with room for about 6-8 persons, well decorated, well lighted and some visual furnishings in the case you have a client visit. The front door is a little hidden at an angle to the street, which can be nice to lower the noise intrusion, but may be harder for a customer to find the entrance, but well signed and a big TV to call attention. The little kitchenette in the back has a clean sink, microwave and small fridge with enough space for 3-4 people to comfortably move around in, but no seating area. It appears there was some shared area for file storage as well, but not sure. I can't tell you what the rates are, but if you run a one-person-band and this locale is the center of your clientele, I would totally recommend it.

this is alot to read im sorry, but like i feel like i got scammed. pls read if you can follow and…read moreunderstand that you might have to worry about failing the process to get an apartment. im not really smart tbh and im a disabled veteran with mental problems, i lterally dont want to be homeless again and was hoping this place would be my last shot in miami before i have to possibly look outside the city or even state. To start off, you have to watch out with Marisol if you have a pet that is an emotional support animal. Just remember by florida law you do not have to pay a pet fee. she will literally tell yu her lawyers say that it is ok and charge you $300. A simple google and even your doctors will say that is not true. please dont fall for this. I basically was told there would be a "no-refund" of $200 to do application fee. Me being the gullible idiot I am with the same credit history that has been accepted into other apartment complexes like gator rentals and another big name rental that does Hialeah north Miami and such with no criminal record and having always paid off my bills on time within the last 5 years of my life i figured i wouldnt have a problem being accepted into this place as well. I didnt get accepted. I lost the 200 bucks. here are the things she said as her reasons, they didn't have available 1 bedroom apartments so I was trying to get a studio for me and my partner and ofcourse my ESA dog. to skip to the 2nd point here she kept mentioning how it doesnt make sense for 2 people and a dog to be in a studio being cramped. Im sorry I didnt know I was going to be judged for not being fortunate enough to get a $1800 plus 1 bedroom from somewhere else and not fortunate enough to get your 1 bedroom. im not exercising and running laps in the room and obviously ill take my dog out for walks and have poop bags to pick up after my dog. yes i have a car that i refinanced for 11k that im still paying off on. I have never missed my bills in the last 5 years. my car is not a good cause for her to say they dont like my credit report. i have another credit report which yes i have debt from 5+ years ago that i have credit card debt from when i was dealing with mental health problems and homelessness. I get paid by the va hospital 100% disability, I have never missed my bills after that incident and it should have been off my record. my last 2 apartment places i lived in saw I always paid on time and was a good about being respectful tenant. my rent im paying now is $1500 not counting fpl or other bills. I have always paid my rent on time. A $950 studio would literally be cake walked compared to what I have paid the last 5 years. and yet she dismissed me for the one "issue" that would give her a reason to keep my $200. it felt like my dog and my partner was basically the reasons she really didnt want to have me there. dont let her "little old lady attude" fool u. if you have as so much 1 little thing even tho the place might i add is definitely not luxury, dont apply. people in 2024 wont have good credit because of inflation. its impossible to get a decent apartment normally. why does this place make me a red flag when i have the tenant history to show i always pay on time and i never had any issues. now im worried this lady has my social security card on top of that in her records from the process. this has been a nightmare.
