I lived in the Grove for 9 years and always heard of Adam Kutner. We figured we'd give him a call to see if he could help us find a new tenant. We found that our experience with Adam and his team at Grove Town Properties was nothing short of stellar. I'm not sure if I could say enough nice things about Adam and his partner, Joey. They truly went above and beyond to find us a highly qualified renter with all necessary checks. They handled condo association approval which is normally a lengthy process. They had their cleaning/repair team in place the moment the condo was vacated so that we didn't have any lost days of rent. They either answer on the first call, respond quickly to texts, or call right back (they are highly attentive). Since the tenant moved in, we had a couple of issues in the apartment (a leak from the upstairs bathroom) and not surprisingly, once again they rose to the occasion and helped me coordinate a plumber and repairman to come to the condo. This of course was not part of their contract, but these are just the kind of people you get with this company. My husband and I feel like we have our realtors for the life of our ownership of this rental property. We are so grateful to have found them and are confident that if you decide to partner with them, that's what you get - partners.

He sold my friend's unit last year and when it came time to sell we contacted Adam. Additionally, he was recommended to me by a couple of people in the Grove too. I believe Adam is very honest and helpful, without him, we would have never gotten the house he found us! Then, when it came time to sell out condo - he had it under contract in less than 8 days. He is a realtor who cares, and makes sure you (as the client) are comfortable with the over all deal - and any special circumstances that might arise during the process of buying and selling. Offices appear to be adequate for a 1-person type of operation. Very well lit hallways and modern treatments, smells clean and new. A very beautiful set of shared conference rooms with room for about 6-8 persons, well decorated, well lighted and some visual furnishings in the case you have a client visit. The front door is a little hidden at an angle to the street, which can be nice to lower the noise intrusion, but may be harder for a customer to find the entrance, but well signed and a big TV to call attention. The little kitchenette in the back has a clean sink, microwave and small fridge with enough space for 3-4 people to comfortably move around in, but no seating area. It appears there was some shared area for file storage as well, but not sure. I can't tell you what the rates are, but if you run a one-person-band and this locale is the center of your clientele, I would totally recommend it.
