I spoke with the neighbor who confirmed what I already knew to be true, that they did not come to the house and were not cutting the grass at all. I tried reaching out to BJ several times for days after seeing the condition of the lawn and he is ignoring my calls and not returning any of my voice messages I left for him. I thought that because I saw this ad at a local, respected restaurant that this would be a reputable company to work with, but I was sadly mistaken and am now out almost $700. I will be taking this company to small claims court if this is not addressed very quickly.
