In fact, two months before we were scheduled to have the tree removed, we noticed a pretty concerning crack in the trunk (down to the root) on one of the trunks. Afraid the tree was compromised and there was a significant risk of it falling on the house, we called Kingdom and they came out within a couple of days with a lift and removed the canopy from the affected tree. They saved us a lot of anxiety and a LOT of potential damage! A few weeks later, they were able to bump us up in the schedule and got to work removing the entire tree. The work? AMAZING! When I say my tree was massive, I mean MASSIVE!! 5 trunks clustered into one and taller than our two story house! Each morning Marvin and his crew showed up at 8:00 AM on the dot, worked through the day and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Some minor hiccups (honestly I can't believe there weren't more with this kind of work), but these people are solid and made sure everything was handled immediately and professionally.
