I requested a return of my deposit. She responded and said deposit would be returned. We are now over a month from that communication and I still have not received the deposit. I do not recommend working with this company as communication is insufficient and inconsistent and they do not follow through on their promises.

John came to the house for the estimate and was pleasant and professional. He gave us a price and a timeline of 2-21/2 days. The project was begun when they promised. The painter showed up and was conscientious and professional as well. We had asked for a bump out in the crown molding to hide a curtain rod. This is where problems began. Was not pleased, at all with the installation of the bump out. It was cheap and ugly. I asked John to fix it and he told me this is standard and would not fix his shoddy work without a change order and more money. Also, this is into day six of the 2 1/2 day job. I'm out 3 days of pay, so l can be here for the project. The unfortunate thing is that the people that work for John are good people that try to do the right thing. But, in YOUR house, it's done HIS way. He refused to fix his work, so I guess I'll see him in court
