I mean, absolutely enormous. We had 25 kids from ages 2-7 in there, and kids never bumped into each other or fought for any toys. It was such a pleasure to see everything so clean, well maintained, and frankly fun for the kids. Not a single kid ran short of things to do or stuff to try for our 2-hour party. Next, the value you get from all the food, great decorations, private space, and top-quality party favors cannot be topped. We loved the setup of our room, and our son especially loved the Spider Man theme. Finally, the courtesy and kindness showed by the entire staff. The owner and his family were the staff today, and they made everything so smooth. From unloading to setting up and eventually to saying bye to our guests, they made sure every detail was easy and a joy for the kids. Unlike ceramic painting, she is able to paint and then air dry between coats so that she can take it home the same day without it needing to be kiln dried. A nice selection of paint colors with directions on how to mix colors to get your desired shade. Also a nice area in the back for parties, although they can maybe make it a little nicer. While my child was enrolled in camp here, this same staff member charged us a full day's extended…read moreday fee for a mere 5-minute late pickup -- four separate times, totaling four full days of charges -- with no advance notice, no grace period, and no communication whatsoever; it was enforced entirely at his own discretion. Even more concerning, the enforcement was clearly inconsistent: I personally observed that not every family who arrived late was charged the same way, with no transparency or fairness in how the rule was applied. Beyond the billing issue, I personally witnessed this same individual harshly and aggressively question a child in front of others about why he didn't want to perform on stage, then rudely demand that the parent take the child home immediately. The fact that the same person applies inconsistent, arbitrary charges to parents while also treating children with this kind of confrontational hostility suggests a consistent pattern of behavior, not an isolated incident. This is not the patience, professionalism, or basic respect a program serving young children should have.

I…read moream writing this review because Pam went above and beyond when helping me with an important framed print for my daughter Sarah's rehearsal dinner. The framed print was purchased by Sarah's future mother-in-law to display at the event. She initially asked me to do the lettering--the wedding couple's names and title--on the matte, giving me less than two weeks to complete it. (I must admit, she initially thought I could do it by hand, but I didn't feel comfortable with the task.) While searching The Tin Bucket website, I saw the beautiful work Pam could do with lettering transfers. I reached out and asked if she could possibly take on this project. With a smile on her cheery face, Pam went right to work, providing possible different lettering choices within just three days! Once the lettering was agreed upon, Pam took apart the frame only to find the matte was glued to the frame itself. This is the remarkable part, especially with the rehearsal dinner just a few days away: Pam actually bought another frame and matte herself and finished the lettering! It was all done within the needed timeframe, even with the unexpected matte issue. I cannot thank Pam enough; she was professional, delightful, and truly committed to helping me. I believe this level of service is extraordinary these days, and it is so important to know we have Pam and The Tin Bucket in our town. Admission with rental skates included was $10 per person with no time limit. The decor was reminiscent of the early 2000s (think: neon glow-in-the-dark murals on concrete walls) and they played pop hits ranging from the 2000s to modern day. It felt a bit like a 2000s-era after school program activity in the best possible way! Overall, we had a great time skating here for about an hour. The staff were good about keeping people moving in the same direction, and the rink had plenty of people, but not too many as to cause a constant danger of collisions.
