Ms. Brittany was right on top of it - she got me sorted, got my truck registered, and even set me up with a new license while I was there. I want to note clearly: she had absolutely nothing to do with the old man's face on the license picture! I even passed the eye test and had the glasses restriction removed from the DL - how freaking cool is that? I thank the Lord for my continued healing and for this amazing life He allows me to lead. I was "next" in the virtual queue for 20 minutes! (The queue said 1 minute). This was after waiting an hour. At 1130 each person left one by one for lunch after finishing with their customer. It was excruciating. The service was good as always but they really should only take one at a time. On the positive side is they have a good virtual queue with good updates and once they get to you they take care of business. I have used other title places who are tied with this one or a little better
