They're quick and easy to work with. The staff is very consistent and some of the staff have been there more than 30 years so they know what they're doing and they love what they do. The new remodel in their old building is so beautiful but looks aren't everything. It's the whole package that makes the bank so awesome. All I do is keep a simple savings (Mad Money) account here, but I like the fact that it is within walking distance of my home, that the staff are friendly, and there is never a line to contend with in the lobby, drive-up ATM, or drive-up window. The neat thing about this little bank is that, in addition to online banking, they have an iPhone app.
