The place was empty with my order and 1 other online order on the board after mine. The employee made the fries right away putting them in a box which sat open for 15 minutes. The burger and cheese sticks sat on the prep area for 15 minutes as well unattended while the employee went and talked to another employee duringthis time. She finally decided to get back to completing my order after waiting 21 minutes. Needless to say after letting the food sit 15 minutes on the prep area it was cold. The cheese sticks on my burger were solidified like a cold cheese stick from the refrigerator. She couldn't be bothered to even salt the fries. Terrible food and terrible customer service.
