The guy behind the counter (Nicholas) drops the item I'm attempting to sell takes it for testing and says it failed. Laughable service. 1. He obviously had no idea how camera optics work. Saying auto focus doesn't work when he never even checked nor changed the slider on the lense. 2. He acted like his word was God. Be all end all even though I proved him wrong. 3. Management instead of apologising for the lack of knowledge of their staff instead expect you to just leave. Sorry but if you're letting staff nearly damage customer goods before even paying for them, you're no good at your job. Also trying to accuse a customer of selling broken or damaged goods because you don't know how to use a piece of expensive camera equipment is just a joke. read more
