I then emailed and asked if he could only do back gutter cleaned and repair boot. I would wait on debris covers. New job would now have no material costs and obviously a lot less labor. New estimate......$475. So the price went up $75 for a lot less work. When I pointed this out he said he would do the new job for $400. So same price for smaller job without materials. It leads me to believe he doesn't have a standard pricing system but simply charges whatever he feels like at the moment. Poor business practice I got another company to come out and do everything for $200. The amount of time it took Angel to climb to my roof and take pictures the other guy did all the work.
