I am in the process of having my roof replaced by Nice Shingles. Unfortunately, we have had a few rain delays which is slowing the process although still proceeding well! In my entire lifetime, and I'm 61 years young, I have only ever paid one other contractor to work in my home. I am extremely particular on the way things are done and I can tell you that the installers for Nice Shingles surpass my expectations. These guys are very knowledgeable of their craft but just as importantly they are respectful of you and property. The work they have performed is amazing, their process during tear off to minimize debris is well thought out and executed. Siding above my garage is being removed so the flashing can be replaced -- that is quality work. Oh yea - the price was more than competitive and I turned down a cheaper bid because its my roof. Its being done with quality products by a Owens Corning preferred installer that stands behind his work with an incredible warranty. Do your research, its a big expense and remember that its your roof. Value jobs with substandard products will cost you in the long run. Angel and his crew just wrapped up a tear-off and full roof replacement using GAF roofing products. The house looks great with the new roof and new gutters. Angel went above and beyond to handle everything with my HOA Permit (Indian Mountain Lakes) and had timely delivery of the dumpster/supplies/crew. Time will obviously tell how the roof performs, but it looks great and added value to my home. I should note that he took extra efforts to ensure my chimney was protected by adding new flashing to the chimney and cricket area of the roof. cleaned up well too. he has one of those lifting dumpster machines that was pretty cool. Very good experience with this company...thorough, neat and job done as promised! Awful black mold streaks totally removed...shingles look like new again....house siding looks great as well. Only one word of caution...they do use a chlorine solution which can damage painted surfaces such as doors and I would take care with the door hardware as well...found some small discoloration spots on the door's oiled rubbed bronze hardware...also....make sure to protect plants from solution as well...some minor plant damage but nothing that cant be pruned. read more

Inspected the roof carefully, paying attention the most minor details too. They were unbelievable and more than that were extremely knowledgeable. The crew was professional, when they were finished there was no evidence they were there. My yard was cleaned thoroughly. A vent was installed in the roof at no added cost except for material.
