Sorry, Michelle :)…read more I found Storybook Memories while doing a search for my daughter's 6th Birthday Princess Tea Party celebration last year and decided to go with them on a gut feeling despite the limited reviews I was able to find at that time. I was VERY pleased with the experience. One word to describe the experience with SBM is "Magical"! We invited Rapunzel and Belle (my daughter's favorite princesses) and Rapunzel was truly amazing with her signing ability. As it was a tea party, I asked the princesses to entertain the younger princesses with serving teas, princess etiquettes and singing and they were spot on! Communication with Michelle was all done via email and Rapunzel personally called me the night before the event to confirm the details. Wow! Let's just say I've been to other parties with Princesses and by far, no one can top the standard of SBM. One thing I must add is the personalized touches from SBM is the princess certification and the personalized thank you card from the princesses after the event. A+ for going above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday a truly a magical and memorable birthday. I'm still hearing from other parents how great the party was, despite the event was 9 months ago. I highly recommend hiring SBM for your next magical event.

Last August we hired Princess Ariel to come to our Pirates & Princesses themed birthday for a group of 4 year olds, and the second time, we hired Princess Snow White to come our Royalty themed party for a group of 3 year olds. At both parties, our hired princess was mind-blowingly engaging, absolutely spot on in character oufit, voice, and singing skills. I love how gentle and loving the character always is. My girls were completely mesmerized and to this day, constantly chatter about how much they love "snow white/ariel their best friend". This little company is truly above par. Even when you call to make your appointment they are in character. On the phone and in e-mail I was referred to as "Queen Liz". Truly, everything about Storybook Memories is charming, good, and has a fairy-tale ending. After each visit from our princess, our goodbye hugs, and blown kisses leave my children excited and joyful (happilly ever after, some may say). We eagerly await our next Storybook Memory party . The kids were thrilled with her storytelling, face painting and to be taking pictures with a real life princess! We went to the Old Spaghetti Factory on South Waterfront. The location was beautiful for date night. Loved about it: It was nice to get into the character and be on the set of a real life clue game. Loved how we everyone was dressed for the Masquerade Billionaire Club Ball. It really added to the whole ambience. People actually got into character! Loved to see how everyone acted and showed emotions. Drawbacks: The people on our table were a little shy (on their 2nd/3rd date) and weren't participating as much so that was a drawback for us. Food was so/so but again we were there for the experience and not the food and that is where I took away a star. They were a little loose with the directions with what to do with money or who should respond how. Now we are looking forward to next time because we know what to do. They took mugshots in the beginning and during the event and promised to send us the link to the pictures via email. We never got them :( take your own pictures! Tips: Its all about the guests! The only down fall was the lack of all the clues, as well as short amount of time to solve the mystery. After the killer was revelaed and the reason why it was evident that the evidence we would have needed to come to that solution was in the killer's hand most the night. We are definitly going to go again once there is a new "show".
