The agent Shane Lala showed up 30 minutes late with a girl in a cute short outfit. We were waiting outside in 100 degree weather. My husband had to be home at 6:30pm to go to get ready for work. We finally enter the unit & had several questions & the realtor did not know the answers to the questions we were asking. He did not know this property at all. 20 minutes later the homeowner showed up & he answered all our questions and seemed very eager with us. Before the homeowner showed up the realtor claimed there were 2 bids on this property so we had to act fast. The homeowners demeanor did not display there were 2 offers as he was definitely selling the place. So that evening(09/06/19) my realtor called the realtor Shane and put in a verbal offer & said we would submit the written in the morning. My realtor called Shane in the morning(09/07/19) to let him know we were working on the written offer & Shane said well we already have an offer so hurry up. Once we finished our written offer my realtor called Shane to tell him she was sending it over & copying in Brandon Niemela. Shane stated well the offer he was talking about earlier was only a verbal & he was waiting for the written on Monday(09/09/19). My realtor was upset as that's not what Shane said originally. So she sent the written offer over which was full asking price of $39,000 and Shane said the other offer coming in Monday was for $40,000. My realtor said well we are submitting today 09/07/19 a full price offer and we would like an answer within 24 hours which would be 6pm 09/08/19. We never heard back from them.My realtor put in a call yesterday(9/9/19) to Brandon Niemela & as of 9/10/19 we have never heard back from the realtor or the owner. Unprofessional

Communication was slow and unprofessional. When I asked to view the property, I was told it was "under review for other clients" and was flatly denied a showing. That response was both dismissive and inappropriate. Ethical, competent agents continue to show properties until a contract is signed--because that is what best serves their seller and treats all buyers fairly. Instead of being transparent or helpful, this agent shut the door on a serious cash buyer. It raises real questions about professionalism, ethics, and whether the seller is being properly represented. The whole interaction felt more like dealing with a pushy used-car salesman than a trustworthy real estate professional.
