The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner. The most frustrating experience was having a scheduled showing canceled shortly before the appointment due to the unit allegedly going under contract. Despite there being other units in the building, no alternatives were presented. Overall, I did not feel that there was a meaningful effort to help me find a rental, which made the experience quite disappointing. As a review below I can relate to the experience of dismissiveness and lie about properties when it's a smaller commission. I hope this constructive criticism helps this agency because if you can't built honest trust with your clients they will not return when they are ready to splurge more on a rental, home, or any other property.
