I purchased a home that needed quite a bit of work. I hired Cody to work on my plumbing, HVAC, ceramic tile work, some electrical. Added an oil tank with all new lines & connections. Gutted & replaced the plumbing, fixtures, cabinets faucets in 3 bathrooms with ceramic tile install on floors & walls. Replaced kitchen sink, hooked up dishwasher & water line to refrigerator. HVAC unit was not functioning properly & tuned it up. Generator stopped working and managed to tune it up and got it working. I don't think there's a task he can't handle. He's meticulous & organized. He calls before he shows up and always prompt. If he's late or not able to make an appointment he will call. Very pleasant to deal with. We did not have any disagreement through out the whole project. I will recommended him very highly. I've had disagreements with other contractors with their quality, money and not showing up. I called CGL Mechanical on a less than 10 degree night as my home hearing furnace would not turn on. I was very impressed of the quality of the phone cal and knowledge Cody dealt me, he even showed up that same night, diagnosed and fixed my unit. He was very honest with me and detailed in his work.
