Then I suddenly started having problems receiving important business mail and packages. Because it was becoming such a serious problem, I began asking senders to use tracking so I could figure out what was happening. That is when I discovered that deliveries addressed to my business were being refused at this location. When I called to address the situation, the employee I spoke with gave me different explanations -- first suggesting there was no box number, then questioning whether my name was associated with the box. Instead of simply acknowledging the issue and helping resolve it, I felt like I was being patronized and given excuses. For someone running a business, this is not a minor inconvenience. Missing and refused mail can cost thousands of dollars, damage business relationships and partnerships, and jeopardize important opportunities. I should not have to track every piece of mail just to make sure the location I am paying to receive it at is actually accepting it. After finally getting to the bottom of what has been happening, I no longer feel comfortable trusting this location with my business mail. I will be changing my business address and taking my mailbox elsewhere. Very disappointing, especially after being a customer here for so long.
