With a recent visit, I was astounded by how clean the floors, countertops, and bathrooms turned out. The one who cleaned the kitchen did not do a good job. The inside of the fridge (which was requested) was not done at all. The counter were wiped down but were not clean at all. The cleaner did do a decent job on the stove though. They also arrived early, which most of the time would not be an issue. However, I wasn't able to sequester my cats before they arrived, and they freaked my cats out. The heavy chemical smell did not help them. Unfortunately, I don't think I will hire their services for a deep clean of my kitchen again. I may decide to give them another chance when I need a deep clean of the bathrooms.

They called me back a few minutes later and confirmed the cleaning team was still on their way. They finally arrived at 1:30 PM and apologized with the reason being, "Corporate double booked us." That was annoying because when I doubled checked with the phone agent about availability on Memorial Day, he boasted "Yes, we have 20 cleaning teams operating in your area" OK but they couldn't send 1 team on time? Update: So the other company that we booked cancelled on us due to the staff calling in sick the morning of the cleaning. I understand people get sick, but atleast ensure proper coverage for the same day for those situatuons. They couldn't find anyone to cover until after Christmas. At that point we were so disappointed and didn't want to work with them anymore, so I reached out to Ricky again. He was able to find a team to do the cleaning for immediately. This was for our post home renovation project, carpet and tiles removed and hardwood floors installed, so plenty of dust from the air pretty much coated every surface of kitchen bathroom and furniture that was even covered. Even though we tried to wipe it ourselves we needed a professional cleaning done. Ricky's team showed up and did an amazing job getting our place like new again. The tile dust from the bathroom tile demolition got all over our shower doors and tub, but it was spotless after. The team of two were in and out in 1 hour, 45 minutes and able to clean my one bedroom apartment thoroughly (including fridge, cabinets, and oven).
