They quickly recognized the urgency in my request, as I drive a G63, Mercedes Benz G-Wagon which I paid 250k for. Instead of the traditional appt in a few days, they offered to come to me, and were at my residence in 20 minutes. They assured me quickly that the issues I had were cosmetic and could easily be corrected in less than an hr. It was about 2 or 3pm that day so they told me to stop by the next morning. I met Ed almost 10 years ago when I had an issue with the mirror on the driver side of the car. Ed evaluated it and I thought, gave me a fair price. He didn't need to keep my car for more than necessary. When he returned my car, it looked as good as from the factory. A few weeks ago my car was infolved in an accident. I went to Ed after I got an estimate, and his bid was substantially less than the first quote. The insurannce that handled the accident report agreed to the quote, and they began repair. When I got my car back, there was an incident that was done by the auto body person. Ed didn't dispute the problem, but he did the repair without any argument.
