Quality care at an affordable price. They spayed our cat and were very thorough about how to care for her.

The clinic got us in after hours, right away and saved our dog, Sedona! She was in their hospital overnight and everyone in the clinic were so compassionate, and loving to our fur babies. Dr. Kayla is super smart, knowing just how to treat our Sedona with a pancreatitis attack right away. We have never had such a comforting experience in a such a stressful time. Sedona is back to herself and it is a miracle. We cannot thank you at Fall River Clinic enough for everything you did. Dr. Kayla is the Best we have ever been around in 35 years of dog parenting.

It's a haul and Rapid has plenty of competent vet practices. BUT--we took our very ill dog in on Monday morning and she's still recovering there. She's had xrays, sonograms, daily blood work, meds, a 3+ hour intensive surgery, IV fluids, + + +... and the vet bill currently stands at only $2100.00. They "try to keep the costs down for our patients." IT SHOWS. They're skilled, they really care, they take the time to develop a relationship with the animals, with the owners. I can't say enough good things about the Fall River Veterinary Clinic. If our girl doesn't pull through, it won't be because they didn't do everything they could to pull her through. We went to see our girl last night, and Dr. Kayla sat down on the floor with her and us to discuss her condition, her care, the details of her treatment. We know that she'll honestly tell us what is best for our girl--and that's the key.

Upon inspection, I noticed it was an open wound that was now infected. Megan had sheared too close to her skin, hurt our dog and did not inform me upon pick up. We took our dog to the vet, and after a round of antibiotics + putting a cone on my dog + 10 days later, the wound finally healed. As I told Megan via text message, my husband and I would've been more understanding had she informed us of the accident - mostly bc it would've given us more time to try and prevent the infection, but Megan did not say a word. That is why we cancelled all future appts with her and we personally would not recommend her as a groomer. We are realist and understand these things happen sometimes, but if the groomer does not have solid experience grooming larger breeds, they should also be up front about that. It takes a skilled groomer to groom our specific breed of dog safely. RESPONSE TO MEGAN: what you are failing to see is that my animal is your responsibility while under your care. As 'an experienced groomer' this shouldn't be something I need to clarify for you. Therefore, if my dog gets hurt in any way, shape, or form, while under your care, regardless of if you notice or not, it is YOUR responsibility. Your lack of taking responsibility is concerning. Stating you didn't notice and proving how neglectful of a groomer you are is also very concerning. We are very happy with our decision to take our business elsewhere. We urge others to please beware and check your animals thoroughly after you leave them with her.
