Took her to the vet to see if something was going with her internally. She checked out fine. Vet thinks she had an allergic reaction to something she was washed with and clippers burnt her skin. $475 vet bill + $85 grooming charge. Expensive lesson.

That means more than once, she tried to minimize the problem by saying her bruising/bleeding was from holding here there from underneath and that she only fell off ONCE. Who would say "she kept falling off the table" if it only happenend ONCE - NOBODY. My cancerous dog took a horrible beating underneath which seems not a serious injury, thank god. NO THANKS. GET A BIGGER TABLE.

The the order was shipped from our hometown in western SD to Osseo, Mn then to Denver then back to our hometown. (Very stupid Shipping Logistics) Unfortunately we were away for a few months and had a forwarding on our mail. The carton was then forwarded to where we are staying and ended up costing us an extra $30 in Shipping Fees. Very unhappy with their autoship practice. Had they sent an email to give me a heads up (like all other companies, where we have autoship, do) that this was going to be sent out, I would have adjust the order and changed the delivery address. But because of their lack of customer service I got stung. So much for free shipping. This won't happen again as I will no longer do business with PetSmart, who utilizes deceptive business practices.

She rejected the diagnosis of the emergency clinic we had over the weekend, changed course, and we ended up in CSU vet hospital shortly after. We lost our dog, which had he received the right care for his pancreatitis, he would still be here. They knew we took him there, and yet they never called to follow up. I think her ego took over, offended they disagreed with her original diagnosis. She took too long to do blood work, rejected the labs and diagnosis of the emergency vet, and then didn't treat him quickly or effectively. My advice? Go elsewhere.

Megan was referred to us by our other groomer who was booked up. We have a standard poodle who looked like a homeless pot smoking dog( meaning hair long and knotted or dreaded up) cause i like the shaggy look on him. Needless to say she came to us rt away and took care of him exactly how my wife wanted with no hesitation like the 4 other store front groomers who did want to touch him cause he was a big dirty poodle. Awesome service and price we highly recommend megan. And our dog loves her too. read more

They do not care about your animals. Their facility is filthy, unprofessional, and outdated. They exposed my Shih Tzu's glands wrong, and damaged them..causing me to (After a day of worrying why my dog was acting scared and distant) take her to the vet. They put her on antibiotics, and exposed her glands again (They said they were completely full). They also failed to clip my dogs toenails, resulting in split nails. I called them after i left the vet telling them what was wrong, and that i thought they should pay for the bill. At first, they AGREED stating that an inexperienced groomer had her. They called me back within an hour and then BLAMED IT on the previous groomer. Excuse me? She had not been groomed in two months and was completely fine until the minute i picked her up. This was their mistake and they did not own up to it. After arguing with her, she said to go ahead and sue her and that i wouldn't win. Horrible business ethics. The worst part is the psychological issues my outgoing little girl had after i took her there. She was so attached to me, shaking at strangers, and acting scared all the time. This coming from a VERY OUTGOING dog. It took about 2 weeks for her to act normal. I have since heard horrible stories about this place... from using dawn dish soap, to HANGING your dog from the table to scare it into holding still. Please don't go here. They should be shut down.

We were so fortunate to find Martha's Deadwood Doghouse. She worked with us in terms of dropping off time for what was going to be a full day of day care but a very short notice turned into an overnight stay. She made sure to follow all of the instructions we had in terms of food, water and sleeping arrangements for our little ones. She also communicated with me all throughout their time with her and even sent me a photo so that I could know that they were doing great. In all honesty my dogs don't do boarding all that well they're normally pretty freaked out by the next day. However, when I picked them up the next day they were both calm and relaxed which was a wonderful surprise. With her being located less than five minutes from deadwood it made getting back-and-forth incredibly convenient. If we're ever in the area again we absolutely will use her services and wish she was located closer to our home so that we could have someone that reliable and amazing to look after our dogs all the time.
