She called to let them know what was happening and they asked her to drop it off that night and they'd take a look first thing in the morning. They found one of the brake components had a factory defect, replaced it and she was back on the road the same day. No charge for the parts or labor.

I had the quote in a day, and it was lower than three other local bids. He found a replacement, perfect paint job, and it mechanically works like new. In addition, I went with C&M due to the two prior jobs they did so well. One was an installation of a roof rack on a new SUV; the other my daughter's side panel repair.
