I called two companies, including Doortech to come out and give me an estimate for the repair. When the Doortech guy arrived (Jimmy), he said it could be fixed without replacing any of the major components, and he could fix it now in about 30 minutes. I was stunned, because I'd braced myself for a multi-thousand dollar repair job which would have to be scheduled for a future date and include lots of replacement parts. Not so! To say the least, I am very invested in this door.
