They seemed more interested in selling me a new one then repairing the existing one. Chris quickly explained to me the repairs needed and the price he quoted was very reasonable. I asked when could he fit me in, "now he replied" and actually was prepared with parts on his service truck wow, what a noble concept. He started the repairs that afternoon and followed up the next day to finish the project. Chris literally removed most if not all the rollers and pins cleaned, greased reattached the brackets and assemblies with new fasteners. Cleaned and greased the rails, lubed the large torsion spring he even installed a handle and made the outside entrance with the key easier by installing a tension spring on the latch. He spent as much time as the other 3 door companies combined and it showed the door works like when it was new and the price quoted did not change.
