This guy thinks he is teaching us by using the table of contents of a book we do not have access to. How is this legal?

Chaffey College InTech Center in Fontana is not associated with Chaffey College. Do not be tricked into going to this terrible program. There is no where else I can find to leave a review of this program other then here. I highly encourage the real Chaffey College to remove any association with the fake program. https://intechcenter.org This program is a lie and the staff is incompetent. Do not be fooled like I was. They promise that you will be taught by a Robotics teacher but it is a retired electrician. The material is really for Mechatronics and has nothing todo with robotics. The certificates are from https://amatrol.com and have no value getting a job. The school pretends that they are part of Chaffey College but this is a lie. Chaffey donated computers. There is no connection to Chaffey. There is no job placement like they claim. The person in charge of helping you get a job does everything by email and doesn't understand LinkedIn, Indeed or any other modern form of communication with companies. I wasted 3 months here 8hrs a day and did not learn anything related to a real job. The retired electrician that we were told was a robotics instructor taught from the table of contents of a book that we did not have access to. How is this a legal? I hope someone sees this review and notifies the government of how the grant is being wasted

I want to mention a specific person RYAN SMITH the enrollment services advisor. This guy just would not quit pressuring me to fill out the application and put down a down payment even after telling him i was only requesting information and still browsing where i wanted to go. I truly felt like they had their hand on my neck forcing me down to pay them. i was on the phone trying to hang up on Ryan smith while i was at work for 40 mins straight. i work at a school and didn't want my students to be aware how much anxiety i was having talking to Mr Smith. They Call at 5am- 10pm 15 times a day even after asking them to stop and i was no longer interested due to the harnessing phone calls. I had to literally Block every different Number they called me on, this school only cares about money its disgusting how they treat students like another check JUST ANOTHER MONEY ORDER. I will be putting this review on every single website they have to inform people how this college will treat you for simply just requesting information. I had gotten calls from 15 different #s probably 20 different people. I get you have to Pay your own bills RYAN SMITH BUT WITH HOW I WAS TREATED WAS ABSOULTLY UGLY AND DISREPECTFUL. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT APPLY HERE OR EVEN REQUEST INFO ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!

Monica.carter@chaffey.edu she is very rude outside of the class and doesn't understand the situation that are out of our control. I had a really bad emergency, but she continued to have her egoistic American politics attitude. She should never be a teacher. If I was the dean of the school I would fire her.

Who somehow got Chaffey listed on a 'Top 10 public swimming pools near Rancho Cucamonga' if Chaffey seems not to have gone back to offering their pool to the public like they used to back when the giant pool was actual two giant-ish pools. I think you paid a couple dollars or something and got to use it until you tired out from it. It was great. Now I can't find anywhere with straight forward public pay-for swimming, and it doesn't help that the lists are full of places that have no reason to be on such a list, unless the goal is a devious one meant to screw with the heads of people like me. I have neighbors with pools, but I honestly don't like the idea of using anyone's pool that I'm neighbors with. Just don't feel comfortable with it, and I could try to explain why, but it's a personal thing that makes sense to me, and perhaps might or might not to you. It's too bad Chaffey probably underutilizes their pool now. How much pool action could they possibly have in an official capacity? Like 10% of the pool at most? That's such a waste.

I recently graduated from West Coast University Ontario's nursing program, and I'm so grateful for…read morethe support I received throughout my journey. One thing that really stood out to me was the career support after graduation. The job fair hosted by the school gave me the opportunity to connect directly with hospitals and recruiters, and it ultimately helped me secure my first RN job! A huge thank you to Brittany Crow in Career Services for all of her guidance and support. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process and truly cared about helping students succeed after graduation. Her advice and encouragement made such a difference for me. Nursing school is definitely challenging, but I'm thankful for the opportunities, connections, and experiences I gained at WCU Ontario. Excited to officially start my career as an RN!

I want to start by saying that the instructors in this program have been excellent. The theory and…read moreclinical faculty I've worked with are knowledgeable, supportive, and clearly invested in student learning. My frustration has been with the administrative side of the program. In my experience, communication with administration and advising has been slow and often unclear. Emails can take days to receive a response, and when responses do come they do not always directly answer the question that was asked. Calling the phone numbers listed in official emails has also been difficult, as I have often been unable to reach someone who can provide help. I have had several experiences like this during the program. One example that stood out was when I received urgent reminder emails stating that I needed to submit a Live Scan form by the end of the day or I would not be able to continue to the next term. At that time, I had not even been informed of my upcoming schedule, and I was no longer enrolled in the course that required the Live Scan. This created confusion and unnecessary stress. When I tried to resolve the issue, I called the numbers listed in the email but could not reach anyone. I then used the school's website live chat, which connected me to the front desk, who then transferred me to the same program assistant I had originally been trying to reach. After explaining the situation, I was given another phone number to call, which also did not work. What makes situations like this frustrating is the difference in expectations. Students are expected to meet strict deadlines with serious consequences if something is missed, yet getting clear answers or support from administration often required multiple attempts and several days. In a program where missing a requirement or class can result in being dropped and taking on additional debt, timely and clear communication is critical. Again, the instructors I've had have been great. My experience with the administrative side of the program, however, has been difficult and at times felt unsupported.

Unprofessional staff. I would initially call multiple times to inquire over their DH program and…read morewould be sent to Voicemail. The DH admissions person finally returned my calls but I would miss them because I would be working. For this reason, I went on their website to schedule a call/zoom meeting for a time that worked best for me. I waited all day for someone to reach out since I had already booked a specific time slot, nobody ever did. A month later, I decided to call back AGAIN just to be met with passive aggressiveness from one of the ladies; basically insinuating that because they attempted to reach out to me in the past, they no longer wanted to give me their time of day. I say this because I left my info with the receptionist in attempts to finally meet and I have yet to hear back from them. So overall, it's okay for them to not pick up their phones and not check zoom appointments, but the moment we do it, we're not worth their time anymore. I fear this might be the only school that lets their phones go to voicemail regularly.

Hello Everyone, As…read moreof May 27, 2026 no one has reached out from SJVC to rectify the situation it's really been unnerving conserving I spent probably about $70,000 and three years of my time to get into the program which I did and because of my disability I had to miss a week. I was actually penalized for that. It was so funny because when I started my program, there was another young lady that had some kind of family issue that was able to start the next cohort but yet I'm still out here. I have my money out of my time with no resolution that's not right. Don't be fooled. It's obviously the AI that they're using because it's the same message that I keep getting. It's AI.
