When we first started looking into privacy fence I called every company in town and Jim was almost a thousand dollars cheaper than two of his competitors. When our 15 year old fence across the back of our property started falling we knew who to call. Jim even cut down a massive tree (30+ ft) that was blocking the place the first section of fence needed to go for us and didn't charge us anything extra. Had Jim come out and replace a row of wooden with vinyl with two large gates and a walk thru gate. Was done in a rush and has since began falling apart. After numerous calls to Jim and his wife, it has not been repaired per the "warranty". Now my calls are not even being answered or returned. Have been more than patient for over 4 months. I understand he is busy and usually alone when building but this has become unacceptable. Spent over $6000 with him for fencing and he has not honored his warranty.
