Not only did they change my service plan without my knowledge (causing me a $700+ bill until Cellcom took care of it), they also took advantage of my teenage son (who is not authorized whatsoever on my account). He cracked his screen and took his phone in to get an ESTIMATE for having it fixed. They told him to leave it there and they would call him with a quote once they had one of their techs look at it. About a month later, they called him to tell him that he needed to pay his $100 bill and pick up his fixed phone! First of all, he never signed anything authorizing them to fix it. Second, he's not authorized to give permission to have a phone that I am paying for fixed! Third, they never verified the amount or whether or not to proceed with the repair. Then, when I got involved to inform them of the "miscommunication", the manager, Katie, immediately started screaming at me and told me that the only way I would get the phone back is by paying for it or in pieces and if I didn't like it I could "suck it". I have called the police and the BBB and am on my way to the courthouse to file a civil suit as soon as I finish this review. Like I said, don't ever go there.
