It won't charge, nothing. The clerk, Christie or Christine Shaffer/Schaefer (however it's spelled) was unprofessional and rude. She immediately accused me of dropping the phone multiple times because the case was cracked (the case was used and cracked when I received it). I have worked hard to take care of this phone as it's my first smart phone. She refused to hear me out, she would not even begin to troubleshoot the issue. If I could file a complaint directly with her manager I would. One of the worst experiences I've had at a US Cellular.

Then she looked at my account and said that I had all these "banners" on my account and I was eligible for a buyout (which only had abot 2 months left of payments. Maybe 3.) And I was told I would get my full trade ins. Si I traded in 4 phones and got the Internet. My iPhone 17s were on back order for almost a month but my Google and Galaxy 25 were good to go. Now fast forward to November 1st, almost a month after I had been in the store (I know because it was my birthday on October 4th, we got the new iPhones and it took about 2 weeks to return the trade-ins. I took them both to the store at the same time, to the same rep, but for some reason 1 can not be found. While I was there.I asked about the prime I was told that I had been signed up for the wrong one and was not eligible. He said he could fix it and I left the store with the Ultimate internet plan. I feel like Verizon is more than happy to sell, sell, sell but when it comes time to fix what they need to, the find themselves lacking. Please fix what you broke Verizon.

Stock of parent company Charter Communications took a 25% devaluation at the end of this past April!! We were loyal for decades but kept losing channels to higher cost upgrade packages and got tired of always being "put on the elevator" with ridiculous price hikes. They "stick it" to loyal customers to offset deals for new subscribers and to counter losses from customers who have walked away in frustration and disgust. When we walked in to cancel our account, the only question asked was whether we had already gone with another provider. There was only total indifference and no concern to inquire about what brought us to this point. Pretty sorry customer care!!

If you're returning equipment just figure out how to mail it. We switched to AT&T fiber for better pricing (consistent, at least) & customer service. Workers seem fine it's not them entirely it's the company. Don't do it, go with someone else. Not to mention their service is inconsistent and about 1/2 of the speed you pay for. Don't do it.
