Ext day I call and say what happened again and said I need to have a live person now and they ok she's available and then transfer me to the wrong office I call back and they say oh sorry for that then send me to her line and of course answering machine!! Finally I was like I need a manager and does that help no!! She was the worse out of everything she was never available and when she was she ends up calling three to four hours later when I specifically told the receptionist " if I can't speak with her now then I need her to call within the hour I can't be sitting next to phone I need to work and this office has wasted enough of my time" the receptionist says "she will call you right back" No call three hours later she had called and so I go to call back and the receptionist says she sent you an email stating we tried to reach you and we can no longer take you as a client!! I was in shock!! Took almost two hours to fix simple problem of loose ribbon cables; claimed it took 45 minutes to open the laptop case, a task other techs usually accomplish in 5-10 minutes. Gave ridiculous excuses for lengthy repair; claimed that the plastic case was hard to open because the computer was running Windows 8. (Yeah, it's a bad OS, but it doesn't make the screws on the case any harder to remove.) Owner then went nuts and accused me of being this problem customer from 2008 who'd made obscene phone calls to his shop or something. He claimed he had "records" of my activity and was going to take me to court for being a thief (???). He'd been screaming all throughout the computer pickup, but he began going weirdly in and out of my personal space, as if he were deciding whether or not to initiate physical contact. Would not stop being aggressive while I booted up the computer to check to see that the work had been done. I eventually felt threatened enough to leave the shop; I had to call the police to protect me from being assaulted by the owner while paying the bill.
