I'm new to Colorado and wow, this vendor was a doozy! I was planning a retirement party for one of our long time employees and reached out to Chair Rental. Since they had the best prices and the chairs we needed, I thought it was a win-win. When I initially made the reservation, Karen was quick to make the reservation since they were so busy while neglecting to run through the entire process with me. Since this company provides many rental options, I didn't think twice about the clause "Price does not include set up or tear down" since we only rented cocktail tables and chairs with backs. When everything was dropped off, holy smokes! I thought the delivery driver left his tools in the car or something but found out they left and I was stuck assembling these cocktail tables in my business clothes. I have never dealt with an event rental company who drops off broken down tables and broke down chairs (see pictures). If you're up for putting together their equipment like Ikea, go for it, this is your place. But, I'm professional and wouldn't contract with a company who can't deliver assembled tables. Not to mention, their contract states pick up time between 8am-12pm and it is now 1:45pm and I haven't heard from anyone. Interesting...seems they are only in it for the money. read more

I rented chairs for a backyard memorial and it was somewhat last minute. They couldn't deliver because they were all booked for deliveries but so was every other rental place I called. They were best priced for chairs, pleasant, easy and responsive. I would definitely go back for any event. And they had much more than chairs available for rentals. read more

This company is great, quick and easy! I wanted to help with setting up my friend memorial service and I pulled up to the garage, they instantly loaded up my car while I signed paperwork and then did the same with unloading at the garage as well. So yes..they have everything you could ever need to throw a great party. But there is something that they do have that isn't listed on their website and that is A+ customer service. I used Chair Rental for my wedding for chairs and tables and I think I must have changed my order a hundred times. Each time they were friendly and understanding. They delivered everything as ordered, were the nicest people and so very helpful - even when they had to help carry 150 chairs up a zillion flights of stairs both times! Incredible company! We recently used Chair Rental to rent extra tables and chairs for our wedding and the customer service was outstanding from our very first call to the last. Of all our vendors, we had the most pleasure working with Chair Rental. They are incredibly responsive and accommodating. We shopped around and they also had the best prices. But I can honestly say that even if they didn't have the best prices, we would have used them for their customer service alone. I wonder if their employees are trained at the same facility as Chick Fil A employees because they have that level of customer service skills. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family for all their chair rental needs. read more

We had the best experience with ChairRental! We were hoping for an early delivery the day before my son's wedding. Not only was Meagan willing to try to get an early delivery for us, but was actually able to have the tables and chairs delivered two days early!! What a plus this was! We had so much work to do getting everything set up that it was such a relief to have extra time to prepare. The tables and chairs that we received were clean and in excellent condition! I received a phone call from a company I had booked a large tent for a corporate event stating that they couldn't fulfill my order that was less than 2 weeks out. I was given Chair Rentals phone numbers in hopes they could help. After some pleasant back and forth over email and phone, I was quickly set up and back on track for the event. Karen, Lauren and Megan were phenomenal to work with and incredibly communicative with me leading up to the event. The day of the event I was greeted with an energetic, pleasant Jack and his crew, who had our tent up and ready for our team to load within an hour. I have to first start off by saying that I always forget to write reviews... I always want to, but often forget, but I was wowed by the wonderful customer service repeatedly with this company, and with something as silly as garment racks. I called the day before an event in need of garment racks they quickly helped me schedule a pick up, with a great price ($12 btw), and didn't charge by the day. I was unable to bring them back over the weekend and they were so understanding and helped me arrange for someone to do the pickup on my behalf. I got a call from the delivery driver when he was picking up the items and he was incredibly friendly and professional. I will definitely be using them again for future events! read more

I worked with Chair Rental for all my linens, glassware and tables for my wedding in Vail this July. They were PHENOMENAL! I must have changed my mind a million times about what I needed and what colors I wanted to do. I would go to their office and the owner Karen and and event coordinator Meagan would help me brainstorm different ideas and set tables so I knew exactly what to expect. Meagan also drew up a very detailed CAD design for me to provide me caterers for set-up (which was SO helpful to have). I just have to say that everyone in the Chair office was always cheerful, professional and helpful. I can't recommend their services enough.
