Felt better taken care of by a local team than a huge corporation or hotel.

Brian Schriver at Proguard manages our Condo at Cranberry West. The company failed to log…read morecomplaints left on off hours service, as a result PG fails to follow up on any issues as a result. Brian and Progurard allows residents property & cars to be damaged to go on unchecked, they will overlook residents that break Collingwood's local bylaws on weekly rentals in our particular condo. It is deemed to be long term rentals allowed for 1 month or longer. They regularly allow weekly renters. They fail to communicate to notify residents of work directly affecting your property (tree stump removal, roof work, windows cleaned) It is poorly managed if you in my opinion you could do better. PG will harass your residents with chargebacks for common areas, and over-bill them at whim. So if you are looking for an effective, management company for your condo and you want to keep your condo owners happy, but maintain the charters and rules - I would look elsewhere for a management company. Proguard is not what you are looking for.

He'll demand a security deposit, and then just steal that money and stop returning your calls. Instead of a yard there is just sand, dirt, and construction debris. He says "All linens are included" and you'll get no blankets, 4 towels for 12 people, and only a single sheet on each bed. There was trash in the bin when we arrived at our rental.
