I had one cat that had fits & they kindly agreed to give him his medicine not an easy feat I might add but he received it & for that I was very grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend this Cattery it is one of a kind.

I was extremely unhappy with this Cattery. I left 4 persians in their care, one of which was…read morepregnant and had 15 days to go until her due date. I took the pregnant cat to the Vets two days before. I was a little reluctant to leave the pregnant cat there, only because I didnt want to stress her, but I was having major building work in my house and my Vet advised that she would be better off in the quiet environment of the cattery. 3/4 days into the week I received a phone call from the lady owner. She was extremely rude, told me my cat had given birth, told me it was not their responsibility, one was dea, one was about to die. I was at work when I received this horrible phone call. She informed me that I had to remove the mum and kittens immediately. Well my brother got there and one was dead, the other dying one was laying on the concrete. My brother asked the lady owner why she didnt pick up the kitten from the concrete and put it with the mother. Its not my responsibility was her response. Could say lots lots more but I have outlined my main disgust at this Cattery. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT THERE - they are only interested in the pound note -- nothing more.
