I never felt like he was in it for anything but the money. He seemed to sleep walk through the whole process. Every time I asked him a question he gave me what turned out to be completely wrong advice. When I asked him to ask the judge for permission to use medical marijuana card he told me the judge had OK,d it in sentencing. When I told J&A this they called my probation officer and when I went to report I found out that wasn't the case. He had told me that he had talked to the judge privately at first to get it approved. Then he charged me an extra three hundred on top of his $2,500 fee to keep me out of jail for his deciet and incompetence. Please save your money for a real attorney. I talked to many in the program I went through at J&A who got a lot more for less money.

The worst attorney ever....hired this Collin for my mother divorce...he did absolutely nothing we…read moreask yet he requested more money...and after all was said and done my mother passed away he prolonged probate on her estate for 3 years...my siblings wanted nothing to do with the estate so I asked him to send a form to have them wave their rights in which he lied and said he did but sent a different form instead to keep the estate case open to get more money....when he saw that the well had run dry he then terminated himself off the case and stopped answering my phone calls...to sum it all up he is the worst attorney in Saginaw he's very goofy and unprepared when in front of the court I highly dont recommend Dill unless you want to lose!!

When my mother passed a few years ago, she left behind a small estate in Flushing, Michigan. Since it was small, I relied upon a third party's recommendation to use attorney Craig Wright to have the matter probated. What you don't realize at the time of making such a decision is that you must take into account all of your personal time that must be utilized in closing such an estate. After retaining attorney Craig Wright, it was common not to hear from him or receive a status on the case for a very long time. As a result, I would have to contact his office for an update. I would initially be told that a status had recently been sent to me. A few weeks late I would receive an itemized statement for work performed within the recent past. Most of the activity would be administrative that appeared to have been handled by a paralegal at any time. This would be followed by an off the record promise that the case would be resolved very soon. In retrospect, I received these off the record promises of closure too many times. Additionally, I am convinced that unless I had continually prodded attorney Craig Wright's office, my mother's probate case would still be pending several years after filing. Further, the dollar amount and number of non-attorney fees charged by attorney Craig Wright's office seem way too high for the area. In summary, you will save a lot of time and aggravation if you spend more time locating a different attorney in the beginning of your case. This is even more true if you are concerned about the dollar amount of the estate.
