Had 2 signs made for farm. One was ordered by a friend of my Dad. Was happy with that…read morepurchase..though not yet installed. I ordered the second..a barn quilt..and paid him to install it. I could not be more disappointed or upset with the installation..not yet installed...After spending 45 minutes trying to get his lift into position; he said he'd spent enough time on it and that he would not refund the money for the installation. AND, if I wanted him to come back; it would cost me another $100. This was, after all, a barn quilt...and the land around it is uneven. In my opinion, a professional would have asked and checked things like this out in advance. I know of no other reputable business, that if they are unable to do what they have agreed to do, either returns the money or comes back with correct equipment to finish the job. (As a business owner, myself, it has always the way I do business.) I also question his ethics in doing business. He gives you no contract or anything in writing. He also calls a 'certificate' for X amount of dollars that is good for 60 days a receipt! I would not recommend his services to anyone....unless everything was in writing. My impression, he can not be trusted.

Although our situation was not quite as complicated, Bob set up a trust for us and took care of all issues in preparation of our death and gave excellent advice on health care and financial powers of attorney assignments and so much more.
