Groups of guys tatted up to their necks, people getting territorial over counter space and laundry carts, people who can't speak English taking loudly on their phone on speaker mode. Barely anyone spoke English. Insanely loud mariachi music blasting at the restaurant next door. No one say excuse me, please or thank you. Pro: 1. no lugging around a big bag of quarters, this place is 100% cash free. You need to transfer your monies onto a "Wash Card". 2. The Washer/ Dryer will text your cell phone when your load is complete. 3. Everything is new and clean. 4. Free high speed wifi internet. Con: 1. no vending machines, food, drink or otherwise. 2. not enough chairs if you choose to wait in the lounge. 3. tables to fold laundry are way to small and also not enough. 4. prices are on the steep side. with this said, I did find the attendant very helpful in explaining how to transfer money onto the wash card and how to use the washer/dryer.

The owner is so friendly and super helpful. Not sure he is always there so you may want to call first. I parked in the back, but another customer parked in front to unload. The place is clean and shabby chic decorated which cracked me up. It is as if the owner went to a fire sale and I love it - Bravo! You will need quarters: although, some of the commercial washing machines take credit cards. While my laundry was in washer and dryer, I sat at the bar along the windows, plugged in my computer (I think there may only be one outlet) and worked remotely. There are also tables and chairs in the back for you to sit. I have to say there were a few customers while I was there and they were courteous and quiet.

Then one returned with what looked like some detergent dried on. Then little things like the shirt not being flat when they pressed it, especially along the buttons. The big one was when they returned my clothes but didn't have the coat to my suit. It wouldn't have been a big deal except I was flying out the next morning. Luckily I had another suit I could wear but then I had another problem, I didn't want them delivering my jacket to a house that would be empty for days. I called and explained I was missing an item and asked they call me back. No return call. A day later I called again. Still no return call. When I finally got home, there was my suit coat, hanging by my front door, like a banner signaling to passers by that no one was home! A couple days later as I was leaving for work, another shirt with a detergent stain on it! I'm done with this company and recommend you be too.
