I am not going to go into my usual detailed lengthy reviews for Fluff and Fold. There is no need. If you are staying in this area and you do not have time to do your own laundry, this is the place that you go. Period. The first time I dropped my clothes off - the first 20 pounds are free for new customers so I paid nothing! On top of that, they delivered them to the hotel free of charge so my clothes were at the hotel that evening when I returned hotel from work. I am scent sensitive so I requested they use my provided detergent and softeners which they did with no problems. The clothes are returned folded neatly and vacuum sealed in plastic. To date, I have used this company twice but I will continue using them as long as I'm here for this work assignment. YES!!!!! I am remodeling my laundry room, which is both sucky and awesome. The sucky part is the construction, the awesome part is that I have an excuse to not have to do laundry. That part wouldn't be so awesome if I didn't have a place like Fluff & Fold to make my life so much easier. Here is how it works...you call them and give them your info and schedule a pickup. They will pick up your laundry however you put it out. It's ok if you fancy leaving it right in the hamper for the world to see your granny panties. Totally cool with fluff and fold. You can also put it in garbage bags to protect your modestly. Maybe you don't want your neighbors to see your unmentionables? Either way is a-ok. They will pick it up, launder and fold it, and return it to you the following day. Billing is also super easy. They are upfront about the way they charge (per lb), and you can keep a credit card on file so all you have to do is call to schedule a pickup. So far, my experience with them has been excellent. Brad is the man! He's not only very accommodating he's also very professional. Staying in a hotel there is a way to do your laundry but I'm not a fan of staying in a small room with no windows. So searching for a service that offers wash and fold service plus dry cleaning and pick up is quite daunting and worrisome. There is none! Really! You will find a few but they only cater to big business like hotels. They will also charge you an arm and a leg plus your entire life savings perhaps. Not Brad. His service per pound is reasonable. This place is great! We moved into a new home and had a defective dryer delivered and couldn't get a new one for over a month. I was desperate and quickly found these guys on yelp and Brad (manager) was super helpful in explaining the process. Only negative is that they missed pick up the first day and didn't call me, but I can't complain much about that because our address is wrong in Google and we've had issues with everyone not finding out house (don't get me started on UPS). However, after texting with Brad they promptly got it the next day and returned less than 24 hours later and they gave me a killer discount. I've already placed another pickup for tomorrow. Whomever owns this place, let it be known they are honest, the dryers, are the key to their honesty. Too many local coin mats and mega coin mats, cheat the hell out of the customer, simply by lowering the heat output of the dryers. So you the customer are putting a few dollars in a dryer to get clothes dry. This coin mat is small, not a lot of machines, but they are very clean, people friendly staff. The people were very nice, but it took about a week and a half, multiple phone calls, explanations as to which pieces were mine, and $85 to get my laundry back. Also, one piece was still damp and the stain was spread very far from its original place. If they couldn't get it out and could only smear it, I would've never asked for it to be "cleaned."
