Kristen is high energy which is perfect for such a high paced class. Shes friendly and motivates you to push yourself during the class. I highly recommend anyone whether new to kickboxing or experienced to check out this gym. Coach Eddy has truly been amazing and checked up on me regularly (but not too much by any means). I mainly attended Coach Sarah's classes and she was truly soooo awesome, she always brought such great energy, I truly enjoyed taking her class!! The only reason why I had to stop was because I'm pregnant and can barely keep any food down, so it was just unsafe for me. I contacted Coach Eddy to let him know and he canceled my membership with no problem and I never got charged again. I've heard of gyms still charging after cancelation, you definitely won't get that here. Please just remember to let them know around that 30 day mark. I also want to add, that I was still working out early in my pregnancy and informed them about it. They were so great, with making sure that I had everything I needed and checking in on me to make sure that I was ok. Knockout fitness really have such a great environment and it does feel like a team and family. I can't wait to come back once it's safe for me to do so. Also, I did lose 12lbs in 2 months of training there. I'm sure it would've been more if I wasn't on soooo many hormones. My son started out timid, not confident, somewhat lazy and uncomfortable in his own skin. After requesting to have the membership cancelled due to moving the billing company failed to send the needed forms. I was then told by the owner Alec that it was my fault for not calling after discovering I was continuing to be billed for the next two months. Attempting to get any refund had resulted in the owner actively ignoring calls and stating nothing can be done to help. Overall there are many other options in Orlando and I'd advise staying away unless you're committed to being treated wrong and paying for months that you do not attend in any way. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would solely based off of the customer service.

(Unless that's what they hear at home) Children are not allowed to hangout during your workout session unsupervised. They have limited seating for those who are waiting on someone.
