They ask for us to drop our kids off to limit the amount of people in the gym but my kids are 6 and 8 and that's not an option. With that comes, no seating, if you're disabled, it's just rough overall. The parking is just horrendous, there's never any accessible parking available due to illegal parking and the entire place just isn't accessible including the bathrooms and seating areas. My kids love it and it's super affordable but it's just getting harder and harder to go due to the inconveniences. I've heard great things if your kids are older and do competing gymnastics but just at a younger age, it's hectic.

Technically, it was after 2 weeks so they went ahead and charged my card $209 for the monthly fee. I disputed the charge and they fought it. Why? Out of spite. The email I received from them stated that if I had "asked for a refund" they would've "considered it". Isn't that sweet? But because I disputed the charge they submitted paperwork showing the issue "No refunds". I sent a follow up email stating since me and her mom don't reside together there was a misunderstanding and I asked nicely they reconsider the refund and I apologized.... No reply! So the facts are I took my daughter for a 15 minute try out, never attended 1 class and was charged $209. That's my kind of family friendly business! Money hungry and spiteful. The staff is always so helpful and attentive and kept the party running smoothly and on time, serving the pizza and cake. They also deliver the presents to your car and clean up the party room.
