I needed the dumpster for a week, to give my wife & I time to sort & discard unneeded "stuff." It may seem like a small thing but after emptying my recycle bin the drive started to pull away and noticed a box or some piece of cardboard in the roadway. It wasn't large and could have easily been ignored. He didn't. He stopped his truck, got out, and retrieved the item. Again this may seem insignificant. I hope not. I wish I would have acknowledged it to the driver but since I didn't I am asking you to do so. Small, simple, acts like this give me hope and encourage me that people can and still do the small things that make a difference.

So I hung up with each while waiting on a call back. In the interim, I called Ana's and was able to get every bit of information I needed IMMEDIATELY. I didn't order right away and by the time I decided to pull the trigger it was after hours...close to 8 PM if I recall. Not only was my call answered around 8 PM but a dumpsters was scheduled for delivery the very next day!!!! If you call and get voicemail because they're busy, they text you (if you've already made initial contact - can't vouch for other scenarios) to let you know why they didn't answer while asking that you text back regarding your needs. The service was VERY IMPRESSIVE and appreciated. Did I mention value???? Based on my research, they're the best bang for your buck. I'll need a dumpster service ongoing over the next six months or so due to a major clean up. I won't be calling any other company. Without knowing how much the debris was going to weigh (other than a lot) - I was glad to find Ana's which provided an option with no weight restrictions. Even compared to many other establishments, the rental rates were very competitive. Ana's quickly responded to all of my questions ahead of time, whether via e-mail or phone call. They communicated the time of drop off, and the driver was very helpful in putting the dumpster exactly where I needed it and demonstrating how to open and close the doors.
