I had an interview here for a customer operations coordinator, I was super prepared and felt like the interview went great! I was told my resume looked great for what they were looking for, and afterwards I was told I would be contacted about any updates. Days later they never reached out, to which felt as I received a stone wall response after anxiously waiting on a response. After calling back once again days later the managers couldn't even speak to me on the phone. I had the receptionist tell me that the " position had already been filled ". The job market is already very hard, so for me to be extra prepared and fit for the job, just to be ignored and left with zero response for days is very distasteful, and felt like a waste of time. We had a huge nest appear out of nowhere on a tree that was near the sidewalk in our neighborhood (a danger to pets and people). I contacted Champion and they were very quick to respond and scheduled someone for the next day. The technician who completed the work was friendly, thorough and efficient. Service Was good, but with no inside treatment. However, BEWARE of their "recurring annual subscription' of which little is mentioned before slamming your bank account. I am on a fixed income, with medical bills that need to be paid and I cannot afford my account being overdrawn, with numerous banking fees because of this deceptive practice. Good luck, as well, with trying to get a response from anyone other than their receptionist when trying to rectify this. Everyone seems to always be "out of the office." We needed an exterminator for what is best described as 'general pests'. Champion came early summer for the first spray which was inside and outside the house. The second application was this week and only involved the outside of the house which included the soil/mulch, foundation, door trim, window trim, eaves and porch. The inside spray was every room and the basement. They were thorough, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The price was a little higher than I thought it would cost however but I didn't compare with other companies. I would call them again. read more

Very nice and professional. He went to get 6 traps but said he only had 4 on his truck. His first mouse appointment of the day must have been a doozy to be out by 9:45am. I will see how it's going and maybe ask for a few more in 30 days. Nick said that would not be an issue. He found 2 cracks outside and filled with crack fill. He also gave me a tips on how to fill the cracks in a more permanent way. Overall a solid 4 so far. Thinking of purchasing a year round plan for crawling things too! I hired this company because my property manager recommended them. They treated several apartments for roaches at my complex but the roach problem still persists. They do not move kitchen appliances to treat behind them. That is typically where the roaches nest is. Their rates are lower than other exterminators but you get what you pay for. I am not using them any more. read more

Spoke with customer service to schedule them to come out because I had mice. They told me what they would do (Patch entries on the outside and kill the mice that were in the inside). I thought great, worth the $240. The guy came out looked around for about 5 mins and said looks like you have done everything - and I had on the outside. You just need to replace the dryer vent. He said I can leave bait but nothing needs to be done. He did not kill any mice. He looked around in my living room for a few seconds and pointed out mice dropping but again did not look for any mice to kill. I said okay. Thought it was not worth the $240 dollars, but was ready to call it a sunken cost. What made matters worse is that I received a review request and honestly completed it, which was not good. Someone from customer service calls me to dispute my rating. Not do anything about it, but dispute why I thought paying $240 was no okay for 5 mins of work and no mice were killed during their visit. Her answer was that's way we left bait LOL. Wow, so I paid you to kill the mice but you left it up to the probability of it eating your bait. Horrible...Just horrible and a waist of money. read more

The scheduling was a nightmare. The first visit was great. The second visit no. Came home, no tag or bill on the door. Told Andrea gate would be open and leave bill. No problem. Called and the tech said she told him not to spray since I was not home to pay. He came back and sprayed. Couple weeks later the mosquitoes were back. Scheduled another spray. Waited and he never came. Called back. She said it was her fault, she forgot to put me on the schedule. He came back and stayed about 5 minutes. Mosquitos are terrible again so I have moved on to another company. read more

We recently moved into our home and our back yard is amazing. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes have been keeping us from enjoying time outside in it. We reached out to Champion asking about spraying for mosquitoes. I was told it would be life changing...and they didn't disappoint. A friend and I sat outside for hours yesterday and the kids played in the grass and I am happy to report not one single mosquito bite!
