They were busy but were able to get to us about five days later. We dropped about $200 on the treatment. Most of the treatment was applied outside of the house. It was guaranteed to work for up to 60 days. I held off on submitting this review until I could confirm the problem was permanently solved. It was. The treatment was about six months ago. This company is definitely not a one trick pony they are knowledgeable about a diversity of strategies to combat different types of ants. Everyone at the company we interacted with was lovely. Then the guy that came to do the work - Bobby - texted and called me, and we touched base and he was able to arrive earlier (...I took the first time they said, knowing that I'd be in a meeting when he arrived regardless - this worked out SO much better). Bobby was friendly, knowledgeable and kicked out those damn insects like I asked.
